WHAT IS A LIMITED COMPANY?

A Limited company is a business structure, whose liability is limited by law. An Irish Limited company has a separate legal entity under Irish Company Law. Because limited companies have records with the Companies Registration Office in Ireland, they can be seen as a more reliable and secure option than non-limited companies.
